French Fry Dip: Equal amounts of ketchup to Island Sauce Company Datil Sauce
Datil Sauce Dip: 1/8 cup sour cream with 1 tablespoon of Island Company Datil Pepper Sauce. Great on chicken fingers.
Add to tacos, chili, enchiladas!

Hamburger is marinated in 1/8 cup of Island Sauce Company Datil Pepper Sauce and a great burger will happen. Thanks To Colleen Rollins and Madge Nanney!!! This is also great to add 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled to the burgers.
This is also a great marinade for any meat.
Patricia's Roasted Datil & Lemon Buerre Blanc: Roast 1 datil pepper and mince.
Melt 1/3 stick butter in a pan
Add minced datil, one minced shallot and one pressed garlic clove.
Introduce 1/3 cup of a good white wine into the pan after the ingredients get golden brown.
Allow the sauce to reduce.
Then, add 1/8 cup lemon juice.
Finally, pour in 4oz of heavy whipping cream. Stir and allow sauce to simmer. This is for four people!!
Island Sauce Company Fried Rice:Cook Jasmine rice and cool. In a pan, pour 1/8 cup olive oil and add cool rice. Do not stir until 4 min on 6 for most stove tops. Then, add equal soy and Island Sauce Company sauce to taste. After adding sauces stir and sear.
Watermelon Salad dressing: Puree watermelon and add Island Sauce either type to taste!!
